This rosé is a sublime wine with delicate summer berries and watermelon flavours with a soft, delicious fruity finish and a pale salmon pink colour.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes were sourced from prime vineyards in the Western Cape area. In the cellar, the juice received 30 minutes skin contact.
The delicate creamy finish of this wine pairs well with sweet fruits, chicken, lightly spiced curries, and seafood dishes such as shellfish and squid.
